TOP SURGERY
I had gender-affirming top surgery with Dr. Tony Mangubat in September 2024. The removed tissue weight totaled 15 pounds. I never loved my body until they were gone. No regrets.
Dumpster Fire
I had a very harmful long-distance relationship with a woman in Portland who was emotionally abusive, mentally broken, and traumatised by childhood and adult sexual abuse.
First Love
I spent a few months in Tokyo with an American girl named Joan, whom I had met online in the early days of the Internet. It went about how you'd expect, if you expected it to go bad.
DIVORCED
In 2002, I met a woman named Janie, and we married in 2006. We split up in May 2010, and our divorce was finalized in February 2012. It was good until it wasn't anymore.
Dead Dads Club
My dad died in 2022, which has changed everything and forced me to work through some shit. My childhood's worst nightmare was that he would leave me. OOPS.
Therapy
I started therapy in 2006; in 2010 I started a mental breakdown, and in 2011 I began meeting with my current therapist. I spent a year in weekly EMDR therapy for CPTSD.
Bad Neighbor
Our upstairs neighbor, Elena, has harassed us for the last ten+ years. Misery loves company, so she has a husband named Phil and a young daughter.
No-Contact
I have gone no-contact with my brother, and my wife has gone no-contact with her parents. They all know why, and if they say they don't, they're lying.

I have lost friends and family by natural causes, freak accidents, overdose, suicide, unknown causes, and terminal illness. My path follows alongside grief.
