I’ve been thinking about doing something ridiculous. I’ve had these thoughts for weeks now.

I’ve been thinking about riding my bicycle to work.

Yeah. I’d just go by the trains and then along the water and then down Second Avenue and I’m there. It’s pretty flat.
That sounds like a good idea.
So I just need to get a good seat.

Thou shalt not leave thy stereo faceplate under the front seat of the car when thy partner has repeatedly asked you not to. Also, thou shalt properly secure thy Club to the steering wheel to deter neighborhood vandals from attempting to steal thy car, rather than leaving it in thy back seat.

Damn, things have been so weird lately. This past Friday, my brother-in-law had an emergency appendectomy (is there any other kind?) and then yesterday our cat, Ducati, was taken to the veterinary hospital with a blockage in his urinary tract. He’s still there, drugged up and catheterized. Hopefully he’ll be back home tomorrow where he can rest and relax and sleep in his favorite places.
