i’m so glad your dad is ok, that’s such a scary thing to go through and it brings out the wacky and weird in families, more so than what is there already.

there is a very good book called, “the china study” written by a man who grew up on a dairy farm but is now a vegetarian. he references studies that were done years ago that would basically reverse clogged arteries and reduce heart disease.

So glad your dad is better, too, though sorry about his pain with the broken breastbone. I’m 40 and my parents had to take care of ME after my surgery, which was *really* strange, and I felt bad for them. Fortunately, they like inappropriate jokes, too, so we were in good stead. I’m doing well, too, walking around the apartment.
