Janie and I bought my mom a hibiscus plant for Mother’s Day last year. I’d never seen one before and thought it was so beautiful. The bright orange was amazing. Since then, my parents have taken great care to keep this little guy happy and healthy and he’s still putting out the largest and most colorful blooms.

Janie and I just decided that we’ll be doing Oprah’s 21 Day Cleanse starting on June 1. This is going to be a challenge. We’re going to be avoiding sugar, gluten, alcohol, meat, chicken, fish, eggs and cheese. I’ll try to chime in once we start and let you know how it’s going.
