I came home from work a little early because my head aches. I’m the unfortunate recipient of inherited migraines. I’ve had one lingering, coming and going as it pleases, for the last month. I’ve taken every medication, with the exception of this one, in trying to shake this thing. When all else failed, I decided to console myself with a movie. Lucky for me I had a new Netflix waiting in my mailbox when I stumbled in from the rain.

I saw you on the television today, during a commercial break while watching the season premier of Project Runway. I like your hair up in a ponytail like that. I thought it looked really good. I hardly recognized you, until you opened your mouth.

Lexington is about 14 miles from Boston, not 120.
It takes Janie 56 minutes to ride the bus from work to the bar
It takes me about 7 minutes to drive from our house to the bar
The grilled cheese sandwiches are, in deed, still delicious
There is a second floor in the bar with video games, including Gallaga
The genetic alphabet consists of the letters a, g, t and c.
Alan Arkin played a supporting role in a movie that’s title consists of only these four letters. It was called Gattaca.

I’m not sure if I’ll be posting something extraordinary tonight or not. I’ve promised to meet my sister, her husband and some friends at a bar for their weekly trivia night. This is an event we’ve attended from time to time just to prove that several intelligent people, most of whom have pricey graduate degrees, don’t know much of anything at all.
They do have really delicious grilled cheese sandwiches there, though, and that’s about all it will take to get me interested.

Janie, was diagnosed with Celiac disease in January of this year. Celiac disease is, basically, a body’s inability to process gluten. It damages the vili in the small intestine, making it near impossible to absorb nutrients. This causes many symptoms including fatigue, chronic diarrhea and the inability to locate your work badge.
