Another of my nerd traits is a semi-obsession with Queen Elizabeth I. Elizabeth I is one of my three favorite movies of all time (The others).
In case you’re interested, Alison Weir wrote a fantastic biography titled The Life of Elizabeth I that I could read a hundred times over.

This little movie trailer is the best news I’ve had ALL DAY. If CateBlanchett was a Barbie and CliveOwen was a Ken, I would rub them together until they caught on fire.
Have you seen HelenMirren’s Elizabeth I ?
I have only seen the first few minutes of the Helen Mirren movie. I’ve heard good things about it…I’ve just not gotten around to it yet. Thoughts on it…?
Also, I heard there may be a third part in the works surrounding Elizabeth’s later years and death.
I love that book. I love it.
